Dr Rosengaus graduated as a medical surgeon from the Faculty of Medicine at UNAM, earning
the prestigious “Gabino Barreda” medal, the highest award for academic excellen-
ce. Certified by the Board of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, he
later pursued a subspecialty in facial plastic surgery in Beverly Hills, CA.
Widely recognized as one of the leading specialists in facial plastic surgery and
non-invasive aesthetic procedures, his expertise includes fillers, suspension sutu-
res, and biostimulators.

His distinctive techniques have gained worldwide recognition among doctors for
delivering beautiful, natural results with efficiency and safety. These innovative treat-
